SpectroCoin, SpectroCoin Loans, and Contis Legal Updates

We would like to inform you that we have updated our General Terms and Conditions (Terms), Privacy Policy for EU countries, Privacy Policy for non-EU countries, Contis Privacy Policy, and Complaints Management Policy (Policies).

Additionally, updated versions of SpectroCoin Loans General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Statement, Risk Warning Statement, and Disclaimer (SpectroCoin Loans documents) have been uploaded to the platform as well.

We would also like to remind you that a new version of Card Terms and Conditions came into effect today, on the 7th of October, 2020.

The new versions of the Terms, Card Terms and Conditions and indicated policies will become part of your initial agreement with SpectroCoin which will apply if you continue to use our Services. Updated SpectroCoin Loans documents will only apply to the clients of SpectroCoin Loans.

If you do not agree to one or more of the updated documents, you should discontinue the use of our Services. You can do that at any time, although we will be sorry to see you go.
