How can I re-open my hacked account?
If your account has been hacked, and you want to re-open it, the following steps should be taken:

- During a live session, you’ll have to take a photo of your passport or identity card, a selfie holding a passport or an identity card, and explain why you’re doing this verification. Please ensure no personal details on your passport or identity card photos are covered, hidden or blurred.
- If the team verifies that the account is indeed yours, you’ll have a video call with a KYC specialist.
- If all goes well, your account will be re-opened.
To minimize the chances of having your account hacked, enabling the 2FA option is recommended. Be aware of the emails you receive, and don’t click on any suspicious links.
