How do I change the 2FA option?
After the account creation, two-factor authentication is automatically enabled for SpectroCoin users, with the default 2FA option being “Email”. However, if the user wishes to change the 2FA option, they can do so in a couple of easy steps:
- Log in, click on the profile icon on the upper right corner of the screen, and select “Profile”.
- On the left side of the screen, click “Security”.
- Scroll down a bit, and in “Two-factor authentication options”, choose the preferred option, click “Update 2FA Method”, and follow the instructions.
If you can’t change the 2FA option yourself, please get in touch with our customer support. You will need to complete a verification procedure. You will be asked to provide a photo of your passport or identification card and a selfie holding that passport or identification card. Please ensure no personal details on your passport or identity card photos are covered, hidden or blurred.
