Why was my KYC application rejected?
The customer's identity documents must comply with a set of specifications and validation requirements. Please note that SpectroCoin has sole discretion in approving or rejecting any document or the whole application. If your KYC questionnaire or documents are rejected, it might be due to the following reasons:
- Information on your passport/identification card is not clearly visible.
- The document information is covered by hands or stickers/tape/duct tape, etc.
- Your selfie is unclear and blurry.
- Your passport/identification card was not valid at the moment of submission.
- The photo of your passport/identification card is missing.
If your KYC questionnaire or documents have been rejected, please try again and ensure you carefully follow our requirements to have your application successfully approved next time.
