How can I get my card credentials and PIN number?
You can look up your debit card credentials or PIN by accessing your SpectroCoin account. Please note that, in order to view your PIN, you will be asked to enter the authentication code provided to you through the phone number that is associated with your account.
When you order your SpectroCoin card you will be able to create your own PIN code for the card, this is why we recommend creating a code that is both safe and easy for you to remember. After receiving your card you will have to activate it by providing the CVV code that can be found on the backside of the card.
After successfully activating your card, you will be able to obtain the PIN and other card credentials through the SpectroCoin website via your account.
- To see the PIN of your debit card, log in to your SpectroCoin account.
- Click on the “Card” button.
- If you have multiple cards choose the card you would like to know the PIN of.
- Click on “View PIN” and enter your authentification code to view it.
What should I do if I have blocked my PIN?
If you forgot your PIN, you may check it as many times as you need. However, if you provide the authentication code incorrectly 5 times, your card will be blocked and you will need to contact our customer support for further help. You can do so through the “Live Chat” option available on our website, by email [email protected] or by phone number +372 683 8000.
How do I change my PIN?
Currently, the possibility to change a PIN code of a card is not possible for SpectroCoin cards. This is why when ordering a card we recommend creating a PIN code that you will find easy to remember.
