You will be able to get your credentials and PIN once your card is activated. After successfully activating your card, you will be able to obtain the PIN through the SpectroCoin website.
- To see the credentials and PIN of your prepaid card, log in to your SpectroCoin account.
- Click on the "card" button, then on "View PIN".
If you forgot your PIN, you may check it as many times as you need. However, if you provide the CVV of your prepaid card incorrectly 3 times, your card will be blocked.
What should I do if I have blocked my PIN?

How do I change my PIN?
If you wish to change your PIN code, you can easily do it - all you need is your SpectroCoin prepaid card and access to an ATM that offers this service. After entering your existing PIN, select the "Pin Services" option on the screen and choose "Select a new PIN".
