When will I get my SpectroCoin Card?
Typically, the SpectroCoin prepaid card will arrive at your address within 10 business days; however, deliveries may take longer in some areas. Please note that the delivery may take longer due to a possible delay in the work of the delivery services, public holidays, issues with the local postal system or other unforeseen obstacles that happen from time to time.
You can check the estimated time of your card arrival using a tracking number that will be provided after you contact our Customer Support team.
