Information about debit card delivery process
When you order a SpectroCoin card, you will need to verify your residential address first. To ensure you receive the card in a timely manner, please be sure the address you use is correct before completing your SpectroCoin Card application. You will be able to check the estimated time of your card arrival using a tracking number. The debit card delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery method. It will be quoted at the time of ordering as the system automatically charge the customer account for a card-issuing fee.
Currently SpectroCoin debit card can be delivered to only legal residents in the European Economic Area (EEA) which includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

When will I get my SpectroCoin Card?
Typically, the SpectroCoin debit card will arrive at your address within 10 business days; however, deliveries may take longer in some areas. Please note that the delivery may take longer due to a possible delay in the work of the delivery services, public holidays, issues with the local postal system or other unforeseen obstacles that happen from time to time.

Why haven't I received my debit card?
